FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES

 

Territories are now available for multi-unit franchisees offering an exciting new brand for the polished casual dining segment.  Opportunities for mall end-caps, high-end hotel properties and free standing units with prototypical architectural designs are available.

Steps to Becoming a Franchisee:

 

Step 1

Complete and submit the Franchise Application.

Step2

A Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) is mailed to you.  Upon receipt and review of the documents, sign and return the UFOC acknowledgement receipt.

Step 3

A Franchise Development Manager will contact you to discuss your particular situation.

Step 4

A credit verification and reference check will be completed.

Step 5

Our Franchise Development Team will visit your site and determine if it meets our site criteria qualifications.

Step 6

You will attend a “Day of Discovery” at our corporate headquarters in Madison Wisconsin.  The “Day of Discovery” offers an in-depth discussion with key personnel.

Step 7

We enter into a Development Agreement and subsequent Franchise Agreements.  The Development Fee and remainder of the Initial Franchise Fee is paid at this time.

Step 8

Hire a Management Team (General Manager, Bar Manager and Kitchen Manager) who must attend a 12 to 16 week training program at a certified training restaurant.

Step 9

Begin Construction

Step 10

Prepare of the grand opening with the assistance of our Education Coordinator, Franchise Consultant and marketing department.

Step 11

Open the Restaurant.

  

Overview

Peppermill Grill & Bar is a new polished casual dining concept emphasizing appealing bold flavors and unique spices.  It was developed to fit the niche owned by such brands as The Cheesecake Factory, Houston’s and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro.

 

The Peppermill Grill & Bar menu is designed around the flavor profile alluded to in the new concept’s name and focuses on flavor, fresh ingredients and entrée choices which range from Korean to Jamaican to contemporary American.  Choosing and adding flavors are part of the dining experience at the Peppermill.  Spice selections offer diverse flavor profiles that can be mixed together for new combinations.  A full bar including signature cocktails like the Peppered Bloody Mary, as well as 50 wines by the glass, are available at all locations.

 

Design

Peppermill Grill & Bar can be designed for 200 to 275 seat dining room, including outside patios, in 4,800 to 5,500 square foot buildings.  An eclectic collection of artwork will create the feeling of a spice marketplace.  The designs incorporate a sophisticated style that is still comfortable and casual.  The color palate, inspired by such spices as nutmeg, mustard, basil and red pepper, enhances the overall dining experience and is designed by Camelot Interiors of Madison, Wisconsin.

 

Marketing

We offer innovative products with effective point-of-purchase materials along with multimedia advertising opportunities to support your operation.  In addition, there exists full local restaurant marketing support with our in-house creative team.  From grand opening events and simple advertisements to local market research, we help drive the success of you and your operation.
